Problems as Experience

Problems appear to be a universal feature of the human experience whereby you may feel problem-free at times in your life but problems will occur over time.
This is can be viewed as an important part of life. For example, as you get older and you watch a film you may understand exactly how the characters are feeling as they face various problems because you have experienced similar things directly. This gives you a depth of understanding for the human condition and what it means to live.

Problems as Opportunity

It's not a good idea to tell other people that their adversity or loss is actually a positive thing. This can be viewed as toxic positivity which involves the complete rejection of important emotions such as sadness with the insistence that everything is always positive.
Sometimes a problem doesn't have a positive side and it can be processed as a loss without insisting on finding some win in it.
Now this being said, when you look back on your life you may find that problems were the things that pushed you in the right direction, built you up and produced your greatest experiences, joys and successes.

Problems as Human Nature

It is common for people with no serious problems to become overly focused on the small everyday problems that are more or less inevitable such as a neighbor who builds an ugly fence or a software product that is terribly designed.
It is often noted that people with much privilege and few actual problems may go on complaining as much or more than people with more serious problems. From this view, you might think the human mind is designed for problem solving such that we tend to seek out problems to solve.
While this is a tempting theory, there are plenty of people who overcome the habit of dwelling in problems. For example, the stoic philosophy calls for viewing both problems and good fortune with complete indifference such that you are only concerned with your own virtuous response to every situation.
There are also people who appear to be naturally calm and centered who take on problems without losing it. Such individuals aren't going to let small problems ruin their day and may view quite large problems with a sense of humor or acceptance.
