The innovation process is the practice of improving things by taking leaps forward as opposed to gradual improvement. This can be applied to business models, products, services, experiences, processes, systems and practices. The innovation process involves generating a large number of brave ideas and experiments whereby most fail. The best ideas are moved forward in a process of design, development and go-to-market.

Idea Stage

Generating ideas, building them out and filtering them down to your best ideas. Results in a business plan or business case.
