Intrapersonal includes any thought process that occurs in your head without necessarily being communicated outward. For example, working quietly at your desk on a document as opposed to working with others to create the same document. Intrapersonal thought is a basis for productivity, creativity, problem solving, decision making and learning.Interpersonal includes any thought process that is social such that it involves communicating to others. For example, designing a product as a team with everyone contributing ideas.
