Physical products that are sold to individuals and households. This is a massive category that includes large subcategories such as consumer durables, fast moving consumer goods and lifestyle goods.
Specialty Products

Business Services
Intangible offerings for businesses. Modern businesses will often try to outsource or otherwise externalize functions outside of their core business such that business services is a large and growing business model. For example, businesses that use cloud infrastructure and platforms as opposed to in-house computing infrastructure and software. It is also common for businesses to shift labor to external partners with techniques such as outsourcing, consulting and freelancing.
Business Models
The means a business uses to create and capture value. While there are countless types of products and services offered by businesses there aren't many different types of business model whereby innovation in this area is relatively rate.
Industries
Industries are major sectors of the economy defined by the goods they create, the customers they serve and their business model. These tend to overlap and converge over time. For example, banks that become technology companies with time or technology companies that begin to resemble banks with services such as payments.
