Project outputs are direct results of a project. This doesn't include project deliverables such as a schedule that are concerned with the project itself. Project outputs can also be contrasted with project outcomes -- the end result of projects. For example, a product is a project output and revenue from that product is a project outcome. The following are common examples of project outputs.
Activities | Applications | Communications | Designs | Environments | Events | Facilities | Infrastructure | Internal Controls | Knowledge Artifacts | Lessons Learned | Operationalized Machines / Equipment | Policies | Procedures | Processes | Products | Prototypes | Provisioning / Fulfillment | Systems | Training | User Interfaces |
