Leadership style is a manner or method of using social influence to achieve goals. Leadership style is often boiled down to a handful of labels attached to well known styles. Many of these styles have known weaknesses or may conflict with a particular team culture. As such, if you are asked for your leadership style it can be helpful to describe your style using original phrasing. The following are possible examples.
