What is Workplace Privacy? John Spacey, updated on
Workplace privacy is the protection of individual privacy rights in the workplace. In many cases, employees are afforded protection under the law. This is also viewed as an important element of corporate culture. A firm that is open and communicative about how information is monitored and privacy protected may benefit from increased employee engagement and trust.
