Bricks and clicks is a retailing strategy that combines physical locations with a strong ecommerce presence. The term is typically applied to a retailer that generates a high percentage of its sales through ecommerce. In many cases, physical locations serve both as a retail sales location and as a distribution network for ecommerce sales. The physical locations may also serve as customer service centers.
